| Anotation | The research project entitled Supporting and developing climate education with a focus on locus of control will deal with the design of pedagogical methods and approaches in the field of climate education, including their subsequent validation in practice. The issues of climate phenomena and change will focus on hydrological drought, floods and inundation, ensuring sufficient drinking water, overheating of cities and towns, urban water management and others. The validation phase of the pedagogical methods will be carried out in different types of primary and secondary schools (at least three sizes of city/municipality types and their schools are foreseen) and will focus on developing and strengthening the locus of control. The project will use the latest evidence-based approaches both in terms of teaching methods and activities and in the area of climate phenomena and change. |
