Anotation	The main purpose of the project is to explore the importance of teamwork from the perspective of social workers and key workers in the process of individual planning with clients in homes for the elderly people in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The theory of symbolic interactionism, in which the interpretation of reality in interactions with other people plays a very important role, forms the basic pillar of this project. Another approach that will be discussed in the context of the individual planning process will be the person-centred approach. The stated aim will be achieved through qualitative research using a semi-structured interview technique.
