| Anotation | The project Evaluation of unfinished nursing care in surgical units aims to examine unfinished nursing care in surgical units in the context of nurses' job satisfaction. A descriptive cross-sectional study was chosen to achieve the goal. Data collection will be carried out using two standardized questionnaires, the "Unfinished Nursing Care Survey" (which will be validated for use in the Czech Republic as a part of the project) and the "McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale". The respondents will be general nurses in the inpatient departments of surgical units of several healthcare facilities across the Czech Republic. In addition to the validation of the Czech version of the "Unfinished Nursing Care Survey", the expected result is also the evaluation of the current state of unfinished care at surgical workplaces. Another expected contribution is the finding of a connection between the job satisfaction of nurses working in surgical units and the level of unfinished nursing care. |
