| Anotation | The goal of the project is: 1) strengthening the quality of studies, especially through the development of the quality of professional practices, strengthening the internationalization of studies and measures aimed at reducing study failure, and 2) improving the quality of support activities by training non-academic workers. As part of the practice development, the project teaching format will be introduced into the study plan of the bachelor's field of Social Work, educational events will be implemented for mentors of practice students, and supervision teaching will be transformed to lead more to the development of professional skills. The internationalization of the study will be strengthened through the strategic management of ERIS. The transformation of one academic study program into a professional one will contribute to the reduction of study failure. Educational activities will be aimed mainly at the staff of the study and project department. |
