Anotation	Natalizumab is a monoclonal antibody for treatment of multiple sclerosis. It belongs among the disease modifying drugs a group of so-called big molecules. The aim of this project is correlation of natalizumab serum concentrations with clinical conditions of patients (EDSS scale, no of relapses, magnetic resonance outcomes) as well as correlation with adverse drug reactions. The main goal of the project will be to optimize the therapy of multiple sclerosis in the efficacy of treatment and of course the treatment side effects with the aid of therapeutic drug monitoring.
