| Anotation | The project explores the possibility of personal development in the form of an experiment with two small specific social groups. The first consists of a group of men and women from socially disadvantaged roma community and the second of mothers caring for disabled children. The amond of this groups ranges from 10-15 participants in each group. The content and the methodology of the research is based on pedagogical application psychotherapeutic elements in order to contribute to optimalization of the human existence in real contitions of practice. The main goal is, firstly, to identify abstacles to succesfull management of life tasks of the monitored groups, and secondally, to develop a methodology of personal development focused on the monitored groups, and thirtly, to imply the results in the teaching of the subjecvt Personality preparation. The research methods in the experiment focus on the processes of changes in the personality potential of the observed specific groups. |
