Anotation | Triple negative carcinoma currently represents problematic entity from therapeutic point of view. Recently expression od PDL1 and other potentional predictors of immunotherapy has been studied in these group of patients. The aim of the proposed project is to characterize and quantify the population of tumour infiltrated lymphocytes in patients with triple negative breast cancer. Characterization of individual subpopulation is crutial for pacients with long-term response to immunotherapy by PDL1 inhibitors. For this reason we will detect activated T-regulatory lymphocytes which are associated with patient prognosis tretaed by immunotherapy. The prognostic role of these subpopulation of T lymphocytes in triple negative breast cancer has not yet been studied. Detection of subpopulation of individual lymphocytes will be performed using standard immunohistochemical methods on retrospective pacient cohort of ninety patients. The results will be correlated with overall survival. |
