| Anotation | Submitted project proposal aims on the involvement of selected students of the biophysics and of the experimental biology fields into the research taking place at the department of physics at the faculty of science of the University of Ostrava, which is addressed on the experimental study of the structure of the assimilation apparatus of the higher plants and its response on stress conditions. In particular, there will be involved three PhD students of biophysics (A. Volná, R. Pech a O. Dlouhý), two master's degree students of the biophysics (M. Vrabelová a N. Kuzniciusová) and one master's degree student of the experimental biology (S. Supová). Topic of each student involved in this project is extending the topic of their dissertation/diploma thesis and also their involvement in preparation of a publication or major contribution in the development of analytical methods at the biophysical department is required. Their results will be presented at two seminars and an emphasis will be put on the quality of their results, for their application in a publication in a journal with impact factor. |
