Anotation | This project is focused on our research in the field of artificial intelligence, especially in the field of softcomputing. The emphasis is placed on applications of softcomputing methods and tools, e.g. in autonomous robotic systems, expert systems, predictive systems, multiagent systems, classification systems, recommendation systems, smart houses, etc. The project outputs follow up the results of the team members. Hybrid approaches based on methods of artificial intelligence, especially methods belonging to softcomputing (i.e. neural networks, evolutionary techniques, fuzzy modeling, uncertainty decisions, etc.), allow to create interdisciplinary methods which use the advantage of individual approaches applicable in intelligent system. These objectives correspond with the research focus of the Faculty of Science, specifically following the directions of the research at the Department of Informatics and Computers: Softcomputing for IT. |
