Anotation	This project unites several research directions currently being developed at the Life Science Research Centre, University of Ostrava: 1) Investigation of Min system function in mitochondria of the eustigmatophyte alga Nannochloropsis oceanica; 2) Characterization of enzymes potentially involved in plastidial RNA polyadenylation in Euglena; 3) Function of catalase in Leishmaniinae; 4) Telomeres of trypanosomatids; 5) Viruses of Trypanosomatidae; and 6) Endosymbiosis between bacteria and monoxenous trypanosomatids.
