Anotation | The project is based on the cooperation of experts from the fields of sociology, economics and business, human resources management and pedagogy/andragogy of three universities (1 from the Czech Republic and 2 from the Slovak Republic). The cooperation is further based on experienced practices from employers, both in the field of HR and management. Based on the definition of the current group of transferable work competencies (PPK) in cooperation with HR professionals, HR specialists and academics, and their verification through independent research of identification and development of labour market trends in the development of intelligent industry 4.0 in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, a joint educational program will be prepared consisting of two consecutive semester modules to support PPK targeting students of bachelor's, master's and follow-up master's university programs. The module will make maximum use of forms of e-learning so that students are not limited by time and location. Teaching will be primarily based on the sharing of practical experience of experts from practice and will secondarily involve teachers and doctoral students of universities. For this reason, a series of thematic webinars for university teachers and doctoral students and employers' representatives will be created, which will also enable the preparation of these target groups without time and local restrictions. While resolving the project, a series of thematic webinars for university teachers, doctoral students and employers' representatives will go through pilot testing and evaluation, as well as the first of two semester modules for students of bachelor's, master's and follow-up master's university programs. The benefit of the project is the support of partnership cooperation between the universities of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic with the aim of strengthening the chances of graduates' employability on the labour market with regard to its requirements in connection wi |
