| Anotation | The mission of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is to imitate human intelligence to perform tasks which can be iteratively improved based on gathered information. The most significant problem is representation of the surrounding world, processing knowledge about it (creation of a modelled world), and decision making. Therefore, artificial intelligence deals with searching boundaries and possibilities of symbolic representation of knowledge and processes of their acquisition, keeping, and using. The main objective of the project is work with data, information and knowledge about the modelled world, which is subsequently used to solve problems (soft computing direction). The project output will be the creation of systems (e.g. ontologies) which can remember as well as analyse and use data, information and knowledge for practical purposes. |
