| Anotation | The aim of the final evaluation of the system project is: evaluation of the results achieved by the municipalities cooperating with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MLSA) for the supported clients within the project; evaluation of the support of the MLSA system project and formulation of recommendations for the MLSA, or other state bodies for further provision of support to municipalities and other entities in the creation and implementation of social housing through system projects; evaluation of impacts, processes and limits of local social housing systems in municipalities cooperating with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and in a comparative sample of municipalities and their subsequent comparison, formulation of recommendations for further implementation of the state policy of support and development of social housing. |
