Anotation | The project deals with the research of three thematic fields: microbiology, molecular biology and plant genetics. The aim of the microbiological field will be to monitor the time-varying dynamics of resistome structure in wastewater, quantify resistance genes using real-time PCR and identify bacterial strains using the NGS sequencing. In the molecular biology field, the main objective will be of complex research of non-canonical DNA structures (especially the newly described more than four-stacked G-quadruplexes and proteins with binding preference for them) at the bioinformatics and laboratory level. Within the framework of plant genetics, research will focus on the evaluation of the genes associated with abiotic stress by drought and the accumulation of corresponding proteins using molecular biology methods and bioinformatics. |
