| Anotation | The project is intended to be an interdisciplinary one: purely linguistic with an overlap in cognitive linguistics and theolinguistics. The expected outcome of the investigation is to introduce authentic material from language communication which has not been researched yet: the language of handbooks (textbooks and other study materials) intended for teaching religion, informal language of children and youth. It also covers topics related to faith, churches, the community of believers, ecclesial life. The language can be both oral and written (electronic media). The research would include Slavic language areas located in three countries: the Czech Republic, Poland and Serbia, and three Christian churches: Roman Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant (The Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession or other Evangelical Churches). |
