| Anotation | In Czech post-socialist cities, governance is oscillating between clientelistic and corporatist urban governance regimes with dominance of private sector actors. As a result, there is a high relevance of social, political and economic demand for the identification and application of new planning tools contributing to the capture of increasing property values by the public sector in Czech cities and regions. Our research focuses on the identification, application and evaluation of current and prospect instruments for value capture by public sector in the cities of the Moravian-Silesian Region and elsewhere in the Czech Republic. |
