Anotation | The current project builds on input project "Zahájení dlouhodobého výzkumu u monoklonálních gamapatií" and will promote further development of applied and basic research at the Medical Faculty, University of Ostrava. We proposed to establish ?myeloma-in-dish? 3D model together with application of Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) technology. The aim is to generate in vitro bone marrow microenvironment model based on multiple components and growth factors in the presence of mesenchymal cell to explore new avenue towards the drug development. |
