Anotation	Excessive storage of adipose tissue leads to the development of serious metabolic changes flowing inter alia, pathological changes in the cardiovascular system and the second type of diabetes. The pathogenesis of these changes play a crucial role manifestations of chronic záínětu, which is associated with increased infiltration of white adipose tissue macrophages.
