Anotation	The project is focused on sequential measurement of the change of level (more precisely dynamic levels) different markers of inflammation, (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF?, GM-CSF, INF-?, Leukocyte population ) and proteins specific for endogenous surfactant (SP-A and SP-D) bronchiolo-alveolar fluid and serum (the period before serious locally-systemic insult by extensive abdominal surgery) and 24 hours thereafter.
