| Anotation | The subject of the project is a creation of clinical practice guideline for falls prevention of hospitalized patients and verification its aplicability in clinical practice. AGREE tool will evaluate content and methodological quality of available foreign CPGs. The selected CPG will be translated into Czech and by expert team adapted by ADAPTE tool to socio-cultural and organizational conditions of the CR. Adapted CPG will be verified during one year at clinics of acute and long-term care at Faculty Hospital Ostrava. Continuously will be collected and assessed data on the falls incidence on monitored wards and evaluated the effectiveness of recommendation and interventions of CPG. The main outcome of the project will be certified KDP, which will be ready for use in clinical practice in health care facilities, and methods of adaptation, implementation and evaluation of KDP, which will be useful in the development and adaptation of other clinical nursing practice, which completely absent in the CR. |
