| Annotation: | The course builds on basic gymnastics. The tuition is focused on training and learning basic gymnastic skills within the curriculum for primary schools. An important part of tuition is to master motivational examples, the safety during the very practice on the equipment and during preparation and manipulation with equipment, the knowledge of techniques and methodology of individual forms of exercise. Part of the course is to introduce the basic organizational forms which could be used in school practice and the knowledge of terminology exercise on the equipment in the range of tuition. The objective is to acquire basic skills in the floor exercises and on the equipment within the curriculum of the primary school curriculum, help and rescue knowledge, techniques and methodology of exercise forms, terminology, the knowledge of the workout on individual equipment and the basic orientation of gymnastic sports. |
