| Annotation: | The aim of Public Semirecital course is to verify in real conditions student´s theoretical knowledge and practical skills gained during his/her study, by playing live at a concert. It tracks empowerment of student´s physical and mental resilience in time and generates feedback in terms of self-relection of his/her performance, alongside the feedback provided by other students and tutors. This course is mandatory in the framework of Singing specialization. A public concert performance of at least thirty five minutes is prepared by the student in cooperation with the tutor of his/her major. Dramaturgy of a diverse repertoire, including works of contrasting styles, is preferred. The recital may contain chamber music at appropriate level. Performance programme must include Baroque, Classicist, Romantic compositions as well as compositions of 20th or 21th centuries. |
