Annotation: | The aim of the subject The optional semi-recital is to verify the acquired theoretical knowledge as well as practical abilities and skills directly in practice during a concert performance. The subject aims at strengthening physical and psychological resilience in public performance and feedback in the form of self-reflection of performance and critical feedback from students and educators. This subject is only optional, aiming at a wider and more frequent presentation of talented students to the public. It allows for the production and implementation of another repertoire (again in the range of at least 35 minutes), which must not be identical to the programme of the mandatory semi-recital. A public concert performance of at least 35 minutes is prepared by the student in cooperation with the teacher of the main field. Preference is given to the drama of the varied repertoire, which includes works of contrasting styles. A recital may contain a chamber work of the appropriate level. |
