1. Define economic geography, explain the relationships between two key topics of economic geography - firm location and regional economic disparities, focusing on their effects on real estate markets.
2. Define old industrial regions, explain the reasons for their past economic growth and current economic stagnation or decline; discuss key relevant theories and concepts in evolutionary economic geography.
3. Evaluate the role of different industries that might contribute to economic renewal and resilience of old industrial regions.
4.Identify and conceptualize the role of various agents of change in old industrial regions, focusing on the role of universities and academic inventors.
