Annotation: | Students will be introduced to longitudinal studies focusing on different aspects of individual psychosocial functioning: intra-individual, developmental, and social. The course illustrates on the example of concrete longitudinal studies benefits and pitfalls of the psychological study of human beings and their impact on various aspects of everyday life. The course is intended for students of psychology and related fields (pedagogy, sociology, andragogy, economics, international relations, social work, etc.). NOTE FOR CZECH STUDENTS OF PSYCHOLOGY AND SOCIOLOGY: it is recommended to enrol in the course in the second year, after completing the courses related to developmental psychology and methodology. |
