Students themselves pay the costs of transport, accommodation and meals. The underground part of the field excursion is voluntary. 2. The practical aim: The aim of the subject is to introduce the problems of speleology and karsology. The course is based on compilations of the basic knowledge collected during the previous study: geology, geomorphology, hydrology, climate, biology. Students will acquire the knowledge about the origin and the evolution of the underground as well as superficial speleological objects, including those anthropogenic. The particular topics are discussed with the emphases on interdisciplinarity, discussion and team work. In case of zero foreign students, some lectures are taught in Czech with English materials.
