Annotation:The aim of the course is to introduce the problematics of individual components of the landscape transformed and determined by mining and industrialization (montane landscape), including the history of mining and industrial period. But since the individual parts form a whole, a system approach is applied during the course, describing the whole geoecosystem of the industrial landscape and its functioning. Chapters also include restoration and revitalization issues, cultural or architectural values evaluation and possibilities of future remediation. Some of the lectures will be held in the field. In case of non-participation of foreign students within the course, the teaching language will be Czech.
