Annotation:Although the course is aimed at the Czech language, at the beginning it is taught in English (B1 language level is required). The aim of the course KCJ/0CECS (Czech for Foreigners - Slavic speakers) is to offer to foreign university students a possibility to improve and develop their knowledge of Czech language. The good knowledge of basic Czech grammar like gender, present and past tenses, numerals, adverbs, nominative and accusative forms of nouns and adjectives is considered as the ground level of this course and this one will be strictly demanded. All students will take an test on basic grammar and vocabulary and the failed ones will be put in a group for beginners at the start of term (semester). This course is not intended for beginners!
