Annotation: | The subject focuses not only on various types of older and more recent manifestations of foreign language influences on the Czech language, especially internationalization tendencies in the area of grammar, word formation and vocabulary, but also on a cross-linguistic comparison of how the international elements are used in the mother tongues of foreign students, who will currently study the discipline. The teaching therefore includes both the explanatory part focusing on various aspects of the internationalization of Czech and other modern languages in terms of their typological comparisons (against the background of English and also Spanish) and the interesting aspects of foreign language influences on individual languages, as well as a discussion part enabling students to share their language experiences. The similarities and common developmental elements are being emphasized in the perspective of the internationalization of modern languages. |
