Objectives of the Creative English Course: The Creative English course is designed as a supportive program for students specializing in education, particularly future primary school teachers. The syllabus is tailored to meet the needs and specifics of these fields, emphasizing the development of linguistic creativity and practical skills applicable in teaching. The aim is to inspire students and equip them with methodological approaches and tools that enable them to effectively and engagingly integrate English into the classroom environment. Students will be able to better - take part in everyday conversations: - understand English and feel more confident - find a place where they belong and take part in activities tailored to the needs of students of a culturally heterogeneous class - learn new skills and gain valuable experience from cultures all over the world - feel satisfaction from watching colleagues as they achieve and grow throughout the course - use their time spent as a contribution towards qualifications in fields like education and social work - understand texts that focus mainly on common language in everyday usage - enter into conversation ´unprepared´ and respond in terms of phrases and collocations - explain viewpoints on a topical issue - use authentic oral and written language - present various language games and adapt them in a creative and effective way. Study materials (supplementary study materials, extension study materials, links to study materials, assignments for seminar papers, assignments for correspondence tasks, and so on) can be found in the e-course with the course title in the LMS Moodle. At the first attendance meeting, students will be given the key to log in to the course. The tasks will also be submitted in this environment (term papers, correspondence assignments, etc.). The tutor will communicate with students via email (student email only), and any consultations or online meetings will take place in the MS Teams environment, in the team with the course name. If necessary, this will also be communicated to students at the first attendance meeting or via mas email.
