Mgr. Pavel Csank

Pavel Csank is a manager, strategist, visionary, consultant, chairman of the board and co-founder of the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre Ostrava (MSIC) in one person. He is in close contact with business owners on a daily basis and enjoys finding ways to connect them to each other and to support the growth of their companies and thus the quality of the Czech corporate environment through synergistic effects. As a consultant, he has designed and applied tools to support entrepreneurship and innovation in Czechia and abroad. Currently he manages the team of the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre in Ostrava. He is setting up new services for the development of the local business environment and preparing a new regional innovation strategy for the Moravian-Silesian Region, which he is getting to know up close. He would like everyone to leave the stereotypes of perception of this amazing region behind and discover the strength, creativity and determination of the people he meets here. His motto is: think big, take small steps fast and do not be afraid to make mistakes.
