Centre of Excellence IT4Innovations (CE IT4I) Institute for Research and Applications of Fuzzy Modeling (IRAFM) University of Ostrava announces newly open position.
- Researcher (non-academic) in computational intelligence
Conditions:
- Starting: from May 2021 at earliest, September 2021 at latest
- Duration: first contract 1-2 years from the beginning
- Possible prolongation of the contract: yes
- Salary: competitive salary comparable with national standards
- Benefits: 6 weeks of holidays + 5 sickness days, food vouchers
- Travel expenses: additional funding of trips to conferences possible

- Workload: full time as well as part time job is possible
Requirements:
- Ph.D. degree in Math or IT (candidates shortly before finishing Ph.D. may be considered)
- Creative researcher able to perform research tasks in soft computing / computational intelligence as well as to design her/his own research topics and directions
- Evidence of publication activity and skills and/ or applied oriented skills
- Area compliance with the research topics studied at CE IT4I - IRAFM
