| Annotation: | Students will get acquainted with the basic concepts of volunteering and the context of volunteering in the health care. Volunteering has many forms and it is a space for everybody. It gives a sense to our life and a sense of belonging. In the health and social care, the volunteering complements care of the professionals and make for the quality of provided care. It eliminates the negative feelings of the hospital/institutional environment. Students will be able to participate in selected one-time volunteer activity. |
