Annotation:
Functional Dance-Movement and Dynamic Balance Training for Pedagogical Practice (FDT) develops pedagogical competencies in movement activities focused on physiological posture, movement coordination, and self-awareness. It includes the acquisition of basic skills and selected techniques and concepts. Students will acquire basic knowledge of the impact of FDT on psychological state, neuromuscular system, and personal individual development in different target groups. The course provides a theoretical and practical presentation to the classical ballet arm technique, PortDeBras system, and the FDT complex system inspired by them.
