Annotation:	In today's globalizing world, French is spoken in a variety of countries as mother tongue, official language or foreign language due to either cultural heritage from historical past (imperial or colonial) or development in the new world order. The main objective of this course is to familiarize students with the history of French speaking courties and implemetation of French language in this coutries.
