Annotation:	Basic theoretical problems of psychological counselling and its possible use in helping people in difficult personal circumstances is the objective of the course. The knowledge base system that students learn in lectures, can be successfully developed in the seminars into cognitive skills needed for practice. Theoretical concepts and especially advisory and consultancy process understood as a process of intervention, resulting in the activation and direct clients to solve their difficult personal circumstances are the content of the teaching.
