| Annotation: | Studio of Painting II in master's studies is a foundation course that teaches the student to aptly and meaningfully articulate and to defend his/her work in critical polemics. The emphasis is on creation in the conceptual interface. Students are engaged in concept search for their further artistic activity based on individual approach. They develop and improves their work being stimulated by other scientific disciplines, ranging from philosophy, art history to sociology, psychology, and other fields of human knowledge. The student makes his/her content and conceptual fortes visible. The search for adequate form and media, especially painting, continues hand in hand with the theoretical discourse. The student is aware and knows exactly how to distinguish the relationship between content and form of the work. He/she learns to distinguish these differences and compare and explore their relationships. |
