Annotation: | In the first year, the drawing is perceived as a traditional study discipline where: - particular emphasis is placed on figurative factual drawing, i.e.: - study drawing of a portrait - study drawing of a figure - study drawing of still lifes - (The teaching program progresses from simpler drawing tasks to more complex ones (still life, portrait, figure). - task setting for the term duration - topics are assigned, however, there is room for individual interest expression - the student is led to the first attempts to create his/her own work of art in drawing, which does not necessarily require later realization in another material. In this sense, the result can be a large drawing or a wall drawing realization, as well as an illustration of a literary text. Still life, portrait and figure are mandatory joint part of tasks, work on freer author artwork is set individually, but common guideline is to have this assignment set at the term commencement. - drawing possibility range in the context of contemporary art is proved on selected examples and at the same time in student's own work - the student is encouraged to his/her own intensive overall survey of contemporary visual culture |
