Annotation: | An interdisciplinary course focusing on procedures leading to obtaining materials with desired properties and "in silico" experiments, especially on the nano-scale. It summarizes the methods of describing the structure of (nano)materials at different levels and presents specific numerical calculation techniques. In the exercise, selected procedures are implemented with a focus on nanostructures. |
