Annotation: | The aim of the course is to briefly recapitulate the principles of selected analytical and separation methods (absorption spectrometry, HPLC, electrophoretic techniques) and then more broadly focus on their applications in the field of plant metabolomics and proteomics. The student will be introduced in detail to selected procedures used to identification and quantification of phenolic compounds, proteins, carbohydrates, plant pigments, and their derivatives, pigment-protein complexes in thylakoid membranes of plants and the others. |
